Wahai YB KT,
I don't understand why you jump into a conclusion and asked YB Elly to step down and make a fool out of yourself. If somebody videotaped you and your wife making love and post it in public, will you resign immediately?
There are two questions here. If Elly pose for the photos and with her knowledge videotaped her own sex rendenvous then she is asking for trouble. But if some idiot took her photograph while she was sleeping as she claimed, it is a clear intrusion of her privacy and we should condemn the one who took her photo and not her.
What YB should do is let her continue with her post and let the police investigate the matter. If Elly want to continue to serve, let the public judge her. She claimed that she wanted to resign because she is afraid that there are more pictures to be revealed. So let her rest first and sort out the matter with the culprit.
I condemn those who took picture without her knowledge but id she poses for any of the pictures, then she is asking for trouble.
Let the truth be revealed and KT must not act foolishly to call for her resignation and tarnish the name of Barisan. The more he open his mouth the more people will get angry with Barisan. I hope the readers will understand that everyone wants go know the truth before putting the nail in the coffin and not like the ex MB talking. It is his personal opinion and no wonder he failed to lead Selangor this year.

鄰居發現喝止
日前，金鑾鎮第4區就發生有關另一類的破門行竊案件，今回涉案者被懷疑是中東籍的兩男一女，所幸及時被機警的鄰居發現後喝止及追趕，才沒讓竊徒得逞！
這宗竊案是於週二（2月24日）中午12時20分左右發生，過去當地住宅區亦經常傳出破門盜竊的消息，但涉及中東籍嫌疑犯的案例還是頭一遭，不禁令廣大居民感嘆竊徒行徑越來越猖獗。
根據瞭解，蒲種金鑾鎮第4區居民協會在不久前才更換一批保安人員，不過基於此住宅區範圍很大，而且一些進出路口經常成為保安視線的死角，才讓竊徒有機可乘。
居協主席鄧志康在受訪時，欣慰左鄰右舍之間能夠發揮守望相助的精神，互相照應及看顧彼此的住家安全，並成功阻止鄰居破財的悲劇發生，這種合作關係值得當地每一戶居民學習。
與此同時，蒲種區“人民社警計劃”召集人關志庭則奉勸市民一旦目擊任何罪案，應馬上報警求助，切莫一時衝動獨自追捕嫌疑犯，以免威脅到自身的安全。
案發經過簡述
●疑似中東籍的兩男一女共乘一輛深藍色的豐田WISH休旅車來到事主住家前，一身白色緊身衣褲的女子先下車按門鈴，確定屋內無人後，就把一包食物拋進前院，餵食事主的兩隻狗，以免犬隻的吠叫驚動附近住戶；※女子先行爬過圍牆進入前院，然後打開垃圾小門讓一位頭戴鴨舌帽、身穿圓領襯衫和短褲的男同伴鑽進庭園準備幹案，而她自己就返回車上與另一男子把風；
●這名男子利用螺絲起子撬開了事主住家一道拉動式鐵柵門的鎖頭環，在還未打開另一道玻璃門前，隔壁一位韓姓鄰居早已察覺對方行徑可疑，因此一方面吩咐妻子上樓用數碼相機從高出攝錄竊徒的一舉一動，另方面他自己就上前隔著籬笆喝止竊徒；
●當竊徒得知東窗事發後，馬上從垃圾小門鑽出門外，快步追上其同伴的轎車，此時韓姓鄰居已經手持藤棍追了上去，並在約百呎以外的路口成功打了該竊徒一棍，惟自己卻失去重心跌倒了，眼睜睜看著匪徒轎車揚長而去；

The chinese must never forget their roots and their traditions as many of such traditions brings along great Chinese value in them.

Hi this few days event left us speechless as David Copperfields magic is nowhere compare to Najib magic. Just after 5 days he took over as Perak Umno Chief he restore his magic by getting crossover.
of course many including my brothers are not happy because they supported Pakatan Rakyat. They believe in Anuar's ideology. They believe Anuar will bring the next Chinese Deputy Prime Minister. My foot. Let us not forget Anuar's involvement in ABIM. Not forget that Anuar was once the DPM and what the chinese get? Nothing. Nothing my bro. Will he do it this time? Definitely a No. He will use the chinese as the crossing bridge tool. He will neglect all the chinese once he is in power. Why Lim Kit Siang want to join Pakatan Rakyat? I remember during a dinner talk in BT 14 Puchong hold by the DAP attended by all the PR Leaders and he boasted that the next date there will be a change in government. He bragged that the govt of BN will collapse in no time and he is all agreeable to party hopping and encourage party hopping to a thunderous applause by the crowd. He coerced and call others to join him. His dream to become DPM need to wait for next election and if he wants it now it will be through party hopping.
Why Kit Siang did not discourage Anwar from taking over the government by stealing snatching other parties YB? Why he never stop Anwar from bragging he had the numbers of crossing over?
Why did the PR boasted and arrogantly displayed their catch of Nasaruddin the Bota assemblyman by parading him in the TV and said that more are going to cross to PR.?
They openly invite ( it is an offer and not a invitation to treat ) others to join PR. Anwar played a
physcological war by saying that he had the numbers in hoping others to join him and hopefully the BN YBs never fall into his ploy.
He shouted over the TVs that he is going to be the next PM on 16th September providing hope to many and many were dejected when it did not happen. Luckily it did not happen or Malaysia will never be the same again getting from bad to worse.
The Sultan made a very good decission after much thought and consideration. You see now how blatantly they took to the streets openly defying the Sultan's order. They can be said to be derhaka for their own gain. The chinese meanwhile prayed that BN will treat them better as they know that BN will provide better stability and development. Is it a tow truck or is it a Mitsubishi Storm? Who is Ravi? Who is the other occupants staying in that house? What is their proffesion? Apart from Ravi who is an ex army personnel, who are those staying around in the house?
Is Mr Kugan a real criminal? Is he really a thief? Is he link to car theft syndicate which has extensive link to Batam, Dubai, Thailand? Did the police really kill him? How come a murder charge was suggested? Is there premeditated intention? Do the police intend to kill him? Do the police want to kill him to confess? A dead man will not talk.
Mr Kugan, we asked around some undergrounds channel and they gave us some information about you. We will not argue your past or what you did. Let me pray to you first that May Your Soul Rest In Peace. I feel that I need to write as I want the public to remain calm and do not much speculations surrounding your death. When you first died the news came as heavy stones on our shoulder. How come a 22 year old boy with not much history of drinking can collapse and died during his detention. We scratched our head in disbelief and for a 22 year old to die of asthma complications is a bit uneasy to swallow. But later after asking many asthma sufferers I came to a conclusion. Without much sleep, dusty and dirty conditions, anxiety and beatings will cause you to collapse and trigger a severe asthma attack which may fatal.
There are many smart Alec who say you died because of blunt trauma to your head which resulted a heart attack,. There are also assumptions that you were drowned in a pail of water. Other say you are beaten to death. Other say you were killed because somebody paid the police to silence you off. Someone say the police are being paid to paint a bad picture of the present police force by doing this. Alamak too many version lah. Semua pandai pandai belaka.
Let the police investigate. The God knows, you know and the police who were interrogating you will know. Please let Bukit Aman investigate and the AG to decide after studying the investigations paper. Jangan lah pandai pandai nak buat andaian? Kalau sangat pandai buat andaian pergilah buat andaian Magnum atau Kuda. At least we can know what lucky number is in the next draw. Many people purposely nake assumptions to poison the mind of the public.
You think the police is so stupid to kill you. They will have a lenghty report to make and subjected to internal department interrogation and may lose the opportunity of promotion, transfer to PGA or even worse lost their job or face a jail sentence. The public must not forget that the police is merely doing their job to protect the public and trying to recover the stolen luxury vehicles and try to terminate the pipeline linking to the car theft syndicate. If they can they will prosecute those involved or send them to Simpang and at least while this criminals are behind the bars, they will not be able to be active for certain period. Much insurance monies will be saved and public will suffer less.
Please lah jangan tuduh menuduh. Samy Vellu is riding on broken political ship and if he do not open his mouth he will be gone. T Murugiah on the way to take on his boss will try to create a name for himself. He will make everyone knows him before the next PPP election. The more he say the more public will hear about him.
But Kugan, who are you? You are just a victim of political agenda tossing your body from one corner to the other, snatching you from your resting place and parading you around, not respecting your soul and your body. May these criminals of political opportunist be shown the truth in their last day by God. Hello Mr Politicians, ask yourself, go to your knees and pray. Are you defending Kugan or are you taking opportunity?
Please answer truthfully. Only Kugan's mother and aunt who brought him up will feel the pain in the heart. Will others feel what they felt. There is so much ho ha going on Kugans case. The MIC also jumped into the fray and even Samy Vellu came to fore and talked without much consideration and contradicted himself in the interview at the CNY open house.
Oh I realised that if MIC do n0t jump into this fray, they will be in trouble because the Indians will feel that MIC is not interesting in defending the Indians and in the next election MIC will be gone. Mau tak mahu, terpaksa turun padang. T Mohan jumped into the opportunity or he will remain in oblivion and will be history. The opposition we need not say much , they will love this opportunity to paint a very bad picture of the police. They will tarnish and shred the government image into pieces at the slightest opportunity. Why not? They have more to gain. In so many years they are not having the best opportunity in toppling the government and their dreams to become the next government and become minister. They will agree blindly to Anwar and they will help Anwar to achieve his dream of becoming PM. If Anwar become PM, Lim Kit Siang will be TPM and Nasarudin will be Home Minister. Karpal Singh will probably be the Law Minister and so on. So why not, they will support blindly to achieve an aim together. They will gleefully take over the seats and we rakyat will suffer. I sympathise with your demise, but God love you more. But other than your aunt and mom, who really care for you? Those people you don't believe them lah. Dramatise the whole thing, will they help your mom? Will they care after a certain time. You will be forgotten. You are just another stepping stone to achieving their political dreams and ambitions. You will be another p........... to them. I will speak to Dato CPO and monitor your position quietly. I will see that if there is breach of any ethics in police procedure and make sure the culprit who cause injuries to you is taken care of. May your soul rest in peace and may you be better in next life.
There is so much ho ha going on Kugans case. The MIC also jumped into the fray and even Samy Vellu came to fore and talked without much consideration and contradicted himself in the interview at the CNY open house.
Oh I realised that if MIC do n0t jump into this fray, they will be in trouble because the Indians will feel that MIC is not interesting in defending the Indians and in the next election MIC will be gone. Mau tak mahu, terpaksa turun padang. T Mohan jumped into the opportunity or he will remain in oblivion and will be history. The opposition we need not say much , they will love this opportunity to paint a very bad picture of the police. They will tarnish and shred the government image into pieces at the slightest opportunity. Why not? They have more to gain. In so many years they are not having the best opportunity in toppling the government and their dreams to become the next government and become minister. They will agree blindly to Anwar and they will help Anwar to achieve his dream of becoming PM. If Anwar become PM, Lim Kit Siang will be TPM and Nasarudin will be Home Minister. Karpal Singh will probably be the Law Minister and so on. So why not, they will support blindly to achieve an aim together. They will gleefully take over the seats and we rakyat will suffer. Happy Chinese new year.
Wishing all of you a happy new year and may the year of the golden ox brings more prosperity and wealth to all of those who celebrate the new year. Talking about the economy is gong no good and this had been heard everwhere. I take note that when my father came from China at the age of 19 arriving in Malaya after braving the high seas for 3 months gave me the courage to survive in any kind of economy. Since my dad came to Malaya without knowing what lies ahead and had a few friends here, why will not myself survive the socalled downturn of economy. At least I still have my wife and children accompanying me and bring joy and colours to my life.
So frens, please think back about your grand parents migration a a faraway land not knowing what their fate is going to be with little money. We seek inspiration from their courage and if we work hard enough we will ride through this storm together and may even better our coffer in 2009.

營業逾20年被拒更新執照‧3博彩投注站被令關閉

（雪蘭莪‧沙登）3間位於沙登衛星市商業區的博彩投注站，經營了逾20年後，突然一齊不被允許更新營業執照，繼而遭到梳邦再也市議會勒令關閉及停業，以及被指示遷離原址，引起當地居民猜疑和議論紛紛！
根據瞭解，市議會執法人員是於1月10日（上週六）下午拉隊前來展開查封行動，一口氣就把3間投注站圍起警戒封條，並且無限期禁止營業，令業者措手不及；受到對付的博彩投注站分別是萬能、多多以及大馬彩。
據知，上述3間投注站落腳沙登衛星市商業中心營業，至少超過20年歷史，其中以萬能萬字行以及大馬彩最早開業，迄今約將近22年。
疑營業地點觸及“宗教敏感因素”
斯里沙登區州議員特別助理關志庭在接到民眾的投報後，已經透過各個管道追查今次風波的前因後果，結果他發現市議會今次以“強硬態度”不准有關投注站繼續營業，可能與營業地點被指觸及“宗教敏感因素”有關。
他說，根據他所得知的情況，3間投注站不獲更新營業執照的原因，除了被指衍生交通阻塞問題之外，也因為作業地點附近設有回教堂和學校，而且位於以回教徒和馬來人居多的地區營業，與禁止賭博的回教教義相左等因素，惟他質疑以上理由是否有法律依據。

“據說，市議會過去曾接到一些馬來社群作出投訴，只不過當時在國陣執政下考慮到多元社會結構以及華社的感受，才沒有強制勒令投注站關閉及停業，而且此區州議員拿督莫哈末沙汀也曾私下協助有關業者更新執照。”
關志庭表示，據瞭解，市議會於去年底召開執照小組會議時，就議決不再批准更新這3間投注站的營業執照，更強制勒令關閉，沒想到雪州政權落在民聯手中後，竟然會出現這種局面。
他強調，自己並非鼓吹賭博風氣，但基於博彩業在國內屬於合法商業活動，而且商家經營博彩投注站的合法權益必須受到法律的保障，因此當地華社已對市議會展開取締行動的標準開始產生質疑。

他透露，如果市議會認為營業地點不適合，當初就乾脆別發出執照，如今過了整20年才來勒令停業，對業者極不公道；若這就是民聯執政市議會後的“回教化政策”，他深信將深深打擊華人的信心，令華社焦慮不安。
關志庭補充，市議會在華人新年即將到來之際，高調查封多間博彩投注站，不僅凸顯出民聯政府缺乏敏感性，而且也剝奪了華社普遍上“小賭怡情”的習俗福利；他也歡迎受影響業者若有需要的話，可直接與他聯絡以商討應對措施。

阿南依山：給1年時間搬遷‧執照逾期續營業才查封

（雪蘭莪‧首邦市）梳邦再也市議會主席拿督阿南依山表示，沙登衛星市3間博彩投注站的執照至去年年杪已期滿，而市議會也曾給予業者1年的時間搬遷，惟因業者在執照逾期後依然營業，因而遭市議會查封。
公眾投訴引起交通阻塞
他指出，市議會接獲公眾投訴，指營業地點引起交通阻塞，加上附近為學校，因此市議會在2006年杪，即決定停止發出執照。
不過，他透露，當時業者曾向市議會上訴，故當局依然發出執照予業者。業者在2007年杪再次上訴，當局同樣發出執照，並給予業者1年時間，讓他們在08年杪後搬遷。
他說，業者的執照期限至2008年12月31日，然而他們在執照逾期後，依然持續營業，才遭市議會查封。
罰款降至200令吉並還充公物
“不過，3名業者週一（1月12日）已會見我，以商討此事項，而市議會也將1000令吉的罰款降至200令吉，並歸還充公物予業者。”
